Lady Ready To Wear Senior Sale Assistant  needed to work in a great successful environment , we are recruit for one of the best luxury brand in retail industry.
Ensures the achievement of business objectives and implementing activities and strategic projects.
Demonstrates sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor, manage department staff with the support of Store manager.(Recruitment, Coaching, Training)
Ensures the development of motivation, sense of belonging, and business involvement and ensure your team deliver strong commercial results
The Ideal candidate for this position will have :
- Ability to manage availability of stock.
- Ability to manage, develop staff to achieve targets.
- Commercially driven.
- Well-spoken, well-presented and confident in selling
- Able to maintain a very high standard of customer service
- Passionate for selling luxury fashion items
- Knowledge of the product
- High level of customer service
- Highly motivated and strong communicational skills.
